Each subscription gives you access to the resources for the grades you’ve chosen. You’re welcome to use those resources for all children in your home in those grades.

- With monthly plans, you can cancel from your online account.
- With annual plans, you have access for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note you will only have access to the chosen grade, and you will need to buy a new subscription the following year - regardless of when in the year the purchase was made, as you will receive access to the full content of that specific grade.
Yes. Our resources are created to support the South African CAPS curriculum for each grade
Not for the grades covered by your subscription. Once you have a subscription for a grade, you get access to all the resources we offer for that grade, plus new ones added during the year.
We focus on key subjects where learners most often need extra support (like languages and maths), and we are continually expanding. Available grades and subjects will be clearly listed when you select your grades during sign-up.
No. This is not live tutoring. It’s a resource library of summaries, worksheets, practice material and exam prep that you can use alongside your child’s schoolwork.
You’ll create a login when you subscribe. Once logged in, you’ll see the grades and languages you’ve chosen. From there, you can access and download the resources for those grades, organised by term and topic.

Hi, I’m Mel – a mom, founder of Summaries SA, and someone who discovered (the hard way) how big the jump is when children hit intermediate phase.
I started creating summaries and resources when my own child reached Grade 4 and the workload suddenly exploded. Since then, families and teachers across South Africa have used our resources to support learners at home and in the classroom.
